​Technology
The library is one of the school's technology-friendly zones. Students are welcome to use phones, iPads, and the laptop and desktop computers held in the library.

Meeting Space
The library and upper-level library classroom provide an excellent meeting space for clubs, faculty meetings, and study groups. English classes are often held in the library to work on research papers.
Reading
Our collection includes over 5,000 fiction and nonfiction books in print as well as many more eBooks on Follett Shelf. The new Library Science elective class encourages lifelong reading.

The Penn Hills High School Library offers students the ability to read free eBooks via Follett Shelf. Students can check out eBooks on computers, iPads, and Android Tablets.
